Services
IEP Review
I will conduct a thorough review of your child's current IEP, observation data, assessments, school correspondence, and other important documents.
This Review must take place before your first consultation and subsequently only as needed.
$100
IEP Meeting Attendance
Meeting attendance (virtual or in-person) is determined on a case-by-case basis. I attend meetings when it is truly beneficial to the IEP team.
My first goal is always to help parents prepare themselves for a lifetime of advocacy but there are certainly times when my support at a meeting is needed.
$125/hour
(+ travel, within a 30-mile radius, to be calculated at the same rate)
IEP Consultation
We will address your top questions and concerns regarding your child’s education. Session minutes may be dedicated to phone conversations, email drafting, and any related tasks.
After each Consultation, you will receive a personalized Advocacy Action Plan with professional recommendations and actionable next steps.
$125/hour
504 Review + Consultation
New 504 Plan:
We will walk through the steps for requesting a 504 plan and then ensuring that a solid and appropriate plan is put into place for your child.
Current 504 Plan:
Consultation will include a thorough review of your child's current 504 plan, observation data, and other critical documents with recommendations for improvement.
$125/hour

This session is designed to support families who are new to IEPs, no matter the child's age. We will talk about:

how to create an IEP binder and organize email

the sections in an IEP (with tips!)

the most informative (and user-friendly) books and websites

all other questions/concerns that are unique to your family and your child

Special Needs Life Quality Coaching
Coaching sessions are a collaborative process for families who want to address current challenges. Together, we will set attainable goals and create an action plan that uses all available resources to bring about unique opportunities for enhancing your child’s quality of life.
Your family deserves to have peace, hope, and clarity of thought while supporting your loved one with a disability.
$95/session (packages available)
'All About Me' Sheet / Student Profile
Using targeted questions, we will gather information by email about your child from people who know him or her well. I will then create a document (with a photo) that will serve as an excellent resource for anyone who needs to get to know your child quickly (teachers, therapists, school admins, camp directors, babysitters, etc.).
This is a great tool to have in your hands, for school and beyond!
